I LOVE COTURNIX QUAIL!!!
I incubate 100 eggs every month. I’m trying to create Color Coveys for breeding stock! I sell the Eggs for food and fertilized eggs for incubation. I usually process the excess males and they get eaten. I do sell Hens and Roos too. Because they mature so fast 6-8 weeks, they really are my preferred Game Bird/Poultry.
